“My english is not perfect but taku from customer service is. This is a table tennis website i strongly recommend. Some rubbers and blades are not available in my country (FRANCE) or if they are, they are available in one copy for all the country players. Replies from nishoshi customer service Are very well written, and take the time to make full answers with all needed information. This is a real and profesional customer service without any doubt. I have purchased goriki danshi which is neither not available in my country nor in boundaries countries. I thanked taku for his time to reply to my request. This is the first time i ordered in japan website, but i was not afraid because japanese mentality is still respecftul generally speaking.They listened my request for the future. Just taking care about the size which are very different from japan to other countries. The delivery was so fast, ordered thursday arrived on monday. It's faster than in my own country 😅. There is any doubt i will order again new stuff. I suggested the company to propose japanese table tennis clothes from japanese club for foreign customers. Carry on nishoshi team!”
