“My order number is 20000000040. I am writing to inform you that I still have not received the product I ordered. I have reached out multiple times via email and the messaging system on your website to verify if the shipment was correctly sent to my address. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a proper response. It is disappointing to find that communicating with your customer service is so difficult. As the payment has already been processed via credit card, I am in a very frustrating position not having received my item. I look forward to your prompt response and a quick resolution to this matter.”

“The packaging and product are both excellent, with no defects. Delivery was very quick after shipment. The total delivery time was a bit longer than expected, probably due to the need of restocking.
