“This fencing is fantastic, so easy to use, we had a full 6x4 fence built in under 5 minutes, no tools, the U channels fit perfectly into the existing concrete posts with outdoor adhesive, everything is a precision fit, so no warps or gaps, and the aesthetics are great, looks stunning. Transformed the garden instantly. Ordered in the afternoon and received the following morning. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this company and product is worthy of one, so Thankyou! 5 out of 5 from us :)”

“I ordered 4 gate tounge and grove boards,these arrived promptly. On unpacking one board both ends was damaged in transit. Sent pictures of damage, you sent replacement board next day. Gate all fitted nice finish”

“Nice Quality Product, unfortunately the delivery cost for the items I was going to order was 3.5 times that of comparable suppliers, as such I have sourced my requirement from another company.”

“The quality of the composite trellises received are exceptional - superb value for money. Whilst 2 of the 13 off ordered were unfortunately damaged in transit, the customer service rep (Mandie Jackson) was brilliant in resolving the issue immediately and sending overnight replacements. This was my first dealing with this company and the experience was excellent - I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you.”

“Your product is good at price point very competitive. Your customer focus needs addressing. I rang to speak to your sales team. A rather uninterested Male voice answered, took my details and told me noone was available but would pass my details on. Noone rang back that day or the next. I rang again and spoke to a female sales person. They stated they'd check a dispatch matter and call me back. They didn't. I rang again to be told this member of staff had left for the day. As a result the dispatch deadline had passed. This was a Thursday so with the bank holiday you'd not be able to dispatch an order til the following Tuesday. So, the product is good, the price is good but my experience of your service has been poor. Best regards, Anthony Smith.”

“Found North Valley Composites on line, researched other types of composite fences and decided they came out the best for quality and price. Ordered samples to check colours and placed order. Julieanne was very helpful in processing order and explaining about delivery and how it woulkd arrive. Requested a specific delivery date and was delivered as requested by a very helpful delivery driver who placed the pallet just where required. All in all a very good experience and will, and have, recomended to friends.”
