Hi thank you for your email inviting us to provide a review. I would have thought that if you appreciate your customers as you say you do, you might read and act upon the delivery instructions that you actually ask for on your order form. My delivery instruction was completely ignored by yourselves and for this reason we were not at home to accept delivery. Infact we are still not home and so have been unable to examine the items or indeed check that you have sent what we ordered. We will arrive home tomorrow and will contact you if the order is not correct. Consequently I have left a 1 star review as we are definately NOT happy with the service we have recieved from yourselves.

Never received samples so lost out all round now gone off the idea going back to timber easier to source

Hi Keith, We despatch all our samples through FedEx's next-day service. As mentioned in my email, FedEx indicates that the package was delivered on March 26th and signed for by M. Phethean. Kind Regards, NVC

I am still waiting for my samples to arrive. Paid for postage and nothing to look at. Sent email, no response.

Hi Teresa, I can't find your email! But we will resend your samples with Fedex today FOC, they usually go with Royal Mail Second class. So sorry about the delay!

Hi Rob, We are really sorry your samples haven't arrived, we will resend them 1st class today for you! We have recently had some problems with Royal Mail deliveries, but rest assured the final product comes with a different courier on a next day service. If you could kindly revise the review once the samples arrive, we would highly appreciate it! Katie

Hi Troy, As per our telephone conversation yesterday, I can only apologise for the delay in your samples, the samples you originally ordered were not the cladding, so we have resent the cladding samples multiple times, it seems the courier must have lost them, or there has been a delay, they were previously sent 2nd class, but after we spoke yesterday, I personally made sure they were resent 1st class, and even posted them myself. We can only apologise again, They should be with you by tomorrow at the latest Katie & NVC team.

My order was placed on the 11th April, today as the 28th and I have yet to receive the order, no phone calls or tracking details (Order value in excess of £1k) Spoken to the office, who claimed delivery was attempted on a couple of occassions, if they did they did not contact me prior and did not leave any notice in the letter box, still waiting on a single phone call. Certainly far from impressed and very unlikely to use again (this was a trial purchase ahead of larger orders)

The samples arrived 5 days after the specified ETA so I bought from someone else.
