“Love the product, however 2 boards were damaged on arrival, not an issue as both were damaged on the tounge and it was to be cut off anyway but may want to have a word with courier you use as they don't seem to be too careful with them.”

“Your product is good at price point very competitive. Your customer focus needs addressing. I rang to speak to your sales team. A rather uninterested Male voice answered, took my details and told me noone was available but would pass my details on. Noone rang back that day or the next. I rang again and spoke to a female sales person. They stated they'd check a dispatch matter and call me back. They didn't. I rang again to be told this member of staff had left for the day. As a result the dispatch deadline had passed. This was a Thursday so with the bank holiday you'd not be able to dispatch an order til the following Tuesday. So, the product is good, the price is good but my experience of your service has been poor. Best regards, Anthony Smith.”

“I have never received the item. I have contact them after a week and was told they have had problems with their courier. I was not informed and had to chase to find this information. I have been told it's been resent and I'm now waiting. It was only the postage on the sample pack but still. It's something I've been waiting on to place the main order. I'm not sure I would place a big order with them based on this.”

“Need to stock 2 or 4 metre length as 1.850 is no good for most gates”

Hi Keith, We are sorry you were disappointed with our product range, we don't stock the longer boards as they exceed stability guarantees and are more prone to warping, but we do have ways of placing our boards to ensure they are secure, stable and make it look much longer. “I have contacted by email regarding mixed samples i order , which i still haven’t received Could you please advise me on when i will receive these I have gave a 3 star as the gate and fence cladding i have received in good time, Lee joyce”

“When I unpacked the delivery, noticed that two of the items were damaged. As I’m cutting the length on all the composite boards and the width on two, the damage will be removed. So not a problem, but still not good.”
