From the very first moment that we were quickly seated and greeted by our waitress, Samantha to the very end of our delicious meal, which was one of all you can eat meals. What a deal and how personal and professional and courteous the staff are.My brother and sister-in-law were so impressed. I was so delighted. “We went to the Olive Garden on 75th ave in Phoenix. We both had the soup, salad and breadsticks. I am someone who drinks a lot of tea. I told Krystal our server that I didn't like running out of tea. She made sure my glass was never empty. The meal was very good, the chicken gnocci I think is the best soup I have ever had dining out. The star of the time there was really Krystal, our server. She was very personable and was always right there when we needed her. I even stopped on the way out to let the manager know what a great ambassador Krystal was for Olive Garden. I told him to let her know I wanted her to get a commendation for going above and beyond what service I have normally received at other restaurants. Again, Krystal thank you so much, you made our lunch an amazing experience.”

Our only waitress Tyana . Was over and beyond friendly,Fast and excellent took care of us like here were only 6 people we never had to ask for anything she made sure all water glasses were filled, had enough of salad, breadsticks and she never had any help . And she cleaned off the table all so. She was never stressed out
Just clam, fast and good
Out dishes were cleared and table was free to open gifts
Food was excellent and we were all done within three hours

“I tried to type out feedback on kiosk but unexpected short word max— frustrating got cut off. We had used the online preregistration, but it didn’t say that we only had 30 minutes to get there & we came from Molalla & we ended up taking about 32 minutes so we got a message as we were parking that they’ve given away our table. Thankfully, they did still seat us. So we arrived at 5:50 and gave drink order at 6. We did finally get breadsticks at 6:40 but they were quite dark so I did not eat those because I’ve had your breadsticks before & I know how they should be. She did not bring the ordered Alfredo sauce with breadsticks. When I asked, she said she couldn’t fit it all on her tray as she delivered a salad to a different table. Not cool! She then took another 8 minutes to come and bring that to us at which time burnt breadsticks were cold so had to ask for more. When salad delivered, no explanation that it was for four people with refills so the other people thought they were waiting for their salad. When we made sure to tell her each person‘s preference of salad dressing, not sure why she didn’t mention shared. No offer for more. 3 massive uncut chunks/wedges of lettuce. When the food finally got there 50 min after arrival —40 min after order, my husband’s food was not delivered. he inquired—finally got it 20 minutes later after everyone else was done eating, a full hour after ordered. The pina colada had still not been delivered by that time & we had asked a couple times about that, but she said the bar was too backed up to make it. Finally, after 70 min, I went to ask manager for help in bar. Manager said he could get help but drink was just delivered before I got back—75 min after ordering. And no proper large smoothie/slushie straw so couldn’t suck up, only water straw. Had to ask for spoon. Gave 10 dollar tip on $139 almost gave zero but she was sweet, even though incompetent. And their feedback only allows 2000 words which is just downright annoying. So you have to work harder to say what you wanna say in less words when there’s a lot of things that need work. Would not return maybe try again in a few years if the reviews improve. Why would they not have more help in the bar on a very busy night there was like 25 people outside, but when we came, there was only five. They need more help all around if they expect to take care of the people that are coming here and I’m sure they would have a lot more business if they bothered to staff appropriately because a lot of people don’t want crappy service like that. And I’m sure tips are lower than they could be. We did like the donuts. This once great restaurant has gone so downhill. Very stressful disappointing birthday. A few times we have come here to eat, but left because of the long wait time expected. And believe me it’s longer than they say once you actually get seated.”
“I ordered Eggplant Parmesean. I was disappointed when they left the peeling on because it was very tough. I couldnt eat most of it. I don't plan to order it again. Our Server was very nice and did her job very well. I will order something else next time.”
“I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with steak. The steak was so tough, half of every piece was pure fat. I push the steak aside and decided to eat the fettuccine, well that was just as bad. It should have been creamy and it was very dry. I ended up throwing my entire dinner away. I will never eat at Olive Garden again. I wasted my money and ended up with no dinner. I would advise not going to Olive Garden if you’re looking for a good meal. I ordered it on September 1 and picked it up myself”
“I now know why Olive Garden has lost customers. Walking in to the restaurant the doors were all greasy and dirty. My sister used the restroom and said it was also dirty. We were seated in a booth where the table top was semi cleaned. Dishes and silverware had specks of old food on them and were greasy to the touch. Portions were smaller than usual and was kind of bland. My sister mentioned these things on her way out to the staff that was standing around. They didn't seem to care. OG was once a decent restaurant but now not at all.”

“We arrived at 2:00. Were told we'd have to wait even though he place was mostly empty and very few cars in the lot. Took us to our table at 2:10. NO ONE CAME TO OUR TABLE UNTIL 2:40. Our server was nice but everything took forever. We were there until 3:45. TERRIBLE! NOT going back and to make matters worse, I ended up sick, I believe from the salad. Vomited lettuce and the big D. I should have called the health dept.”
