Ordered an appitzer it never came asked for refills on our drinks it took 40 min. Waiter never came to check up on us. My daughter never got her French fries until be were about to leave. Asked for a bag it took 25 min . The waiter never asked us if we wanted dessert which we did. It took us two and a half hours to finish our meal because we had to wait so long for everything. Spoke with the manager he apologized but I will not be back service sucked.

My wife and I went to the Harrisburg Pa. location last evening and it was a very bad experience. It took approximate 10 minutes for our server to show up. After that happened, we ordered our drinks and food. We both went with the salad with breadsticks. When the salad came, the lettuce was shredded much like in a sub. It's been awhile since we were there. We both looked at each other. Is this the way the salads are prepared? We also ask for extra olives when ordering. There might have been 4 olives in the whole bowl. Not acceptable. Our waitress never ask us if we wanted more of anything such as drinks or salad which we wouldn't want any more salad anyways. She was more interested in socializing with the couple behind us since they were speaking spanish between each other. At one point I had to say "Excuse Me " because the girl was banging hard with her back on the bench seat thus jolting me. Very rude behavior on her part. Needless to say, that was a waste of $50 for the night.

We were bright a salad. The bowl with the salad was half full. Mostly lettuce with few extras with only one tomato and one olive. I ordered the breaded shrimp. When the manager came around and ask if there was anything I needed, I asked for cocktail sauce for the the shrimp. I was told that we didn’t carry it, and then abruptly walked off. Very disappointing. I won’t be going back.

I can't say enough to show disappointment I was. The water came after the salad, and after asking 4x. Then no lemon. No bread sticks. Had to ask for more salad. (Took forever) had to wait for a straw. The soup was so watery, it had NO flavor. The lasagna was so bad I took one half bite. It didn't even look like lasagna. It had ONE half of a noodle, no layers. This was an awful meal for $68.00. Not to mention the service was just as bad. Never again!!!

I've always loved watching olive garden commercials. The food looks so warm and inviting to savor the taste on your tongue. So for my wife and I 28th anniversary We decided to go there and have an early dinner. I have never ever been so disappointed in my life from a food service restaurant. The only thing that was decent was the bread rolls, nothing had any flavor, it was all so bland and tasteless. No seasoning, and was also cold when served. When ended up leaving all the food we didn't eat. For a 90 dollar bill we should of went to steak house. Signed tasteless and frustrated.

First time I ordered the soup, salad and breadsticks was great. 2nd time there were 2 dumplings (gnocchi ) in my watered down soup. 3rd time, soup was good, salad was 1/2 of what it was supposed to be. I will not ever order delivery from them again. Amarillo,Tx

My family and I went to Mercer Mall Olive Garden and I asked if I could get rolls and a meal with no garlic the waitress checked with kitchen staff response was yes..I explained I have an allergic reaction to garlic..it's now 12midnight and I'm up sick and can't lay down and then I had a slice of pumpkin cheesecake WHAT WOULD MAKE ME DO THAT.. because right now the garlic and pumpkin is not good

I had the best customer service from The Olive Garden in Fayetteville,GA . I experienced some APP issues to order on line, so I drove directly to the establishment. I was welcomed by friendly customer service and explained my situation. The sweet and outstanding server(YaYa) apologized for the APP problem and immediately took my order . I received my food in less than ten minutes. I am so grateful to the servers, the To Go Team, and and the Manager Ray for making my experience a pleasant one at Fayetteville,GA Olive Garden. I definitely left a tip for the excellent service. Oh,by the way, my Chicken Alfredo w/ their signature salad ,and my husband's Classico Lasagna with Soup Toscana was perfectly delicious!

We ate at the one on Hospitality on 10/11/25 in SB and it was excellent! From the ambience to the casual and clean vibe to the food and even our server! I believe he was the manager and he was efficient and perfectly professional. The entire staff was efficient and you could tell they were trained well and they all genuinely cared for one another and their workplace. Highly, highly impressed. Thank you, OG SB ♥️👏🏻👏🏻

1. Order included broccoli with NO seasoning, NO butter. The broccoli was seasoned and very oily greasy from butter. 2. The chicken parm came out with the breading burnt. It was even difficult to cut. I'd already had the soup so I wasn't that hunger. I told the waiter the problem and asked for replacement to go. When I got home, found the same issue. Burnt breading. It might have been the same one I asked to be replaced. 3. Shrimp scampi to go - when it was opened at home, found it to be super dry - no sauce. We then remembered we had the same issue with this dish months ago from a different Olive Garden location. The people I was with who eat at OG more frequently said the quality of the food has gone down over time and they will be looking for a different Italian restaurant. Me, too.

I recently had dinner at Olive Garden store # 1809. I would like to thank Ahmad for his fabulous hospitality. He was attentive to our needs & most pleasant to talk to as well as all the other people working there. I applaud them all who are true assets to the Olive Garden family. Bryce, our server was excellent!! There were six of us ladies celebrating a friend's birthday. this was at the Lake Worth and Lantana restaurant in Florida.

Our food was good, eggplant parm was a bit undercooked. Chicken & gnocchi soup was excellent. Kudos to our server Ted @ Bel Air MD restaurant, he was so patient with my senior, very picky eater!

10/03/2025. Not happy paid $21.29 for woody asparagus and 8 tiny shrimp scampi. 2 orders Shrimp appetizer was over cooked and way salty, there was 8 of us . Our server was awesome, she went above and beyond, kept our glasses filled, Friendly,and always had a smile.. Greeley Colorado

9-28-25 We visited the local Olive Garden Restaurant in Chico, CA. We had the BEST Waitress Ever!!!!! Her name is Viviana. Our group of five was never without refills, drinks, salads, soups, and our entrees. Viviana provided us all with a Five Star Service..... She made us feel like an extension of her family...Her attention to details was excellent as she served us.... Along with her genuine smile, eye contact....If this makes it to the manager, will be back while always requesting for Viviana!!!! Were hoping management will keep Viviana on for a long time...... Sincerely Elated Customers!!!!!!

More than the food being delicious and hot and tasty to the pallet. The server is what made the whole experience wonderful. JORDYN was amazing. She was definitely a well trained and seasoned employee. Knew what we wanted before we ask, had good insights to our needs, and a jovial and sweet personality. The servers at Olive Garden just seem to be exceptionally amazing. I would also like to point out the staff who buses the tables, they may go unnoticed, but I also noticed how hard inefficient this female servant worked. She was amazing as well. I was also glad the manager came by so I could deliver my compliments in person. The Littleton off of Southwest bowls Olive Garden is the one I most frequently visit including yesterday 27th of September 2025 Keep up the great positive attitude and staff, Respectfully, John ❤️😉🎚️

First time ordering on line for curbside pick up. You are told you have a choice between soup or salad. Since I just returned home from cancer surgery, I really wanted a nice bowl of soup. Well, for some reason you cannot request soup. We got two salads. The bread sticks were stale. The amount of spaghetti was small. Only thing they got right were the meatballs. This wasn’t the experience I expected from one of my favorite chains. Won’t be making this mistake again. Two unsatisfactory meals for $48. Feel ripped off.
