“Me and granddaughter waited so long for our food and server was out in the lobby talking with the other employees. never came back to ask us if we needed anything or even the check. I love Olive Garden, but I think it terrible that I'm spending my money and you just act like we weren't there or you had more important thing to do.”
“Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite restaurants but today the food was excellent but the server as inattentive never checked back with me until I had about two bites left this server has no qualifications to be a server very disappointed her name is Karissa L”
“Service was trash last night but the food was worse at the Olive garden. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service and I have never eaten soup that tastes like water and cold water at that. Based on my experience I may never return”
“I love Olive Garden. I visited Olive Garden this past Sunday and on Veterans Day as well. I want to give a shout out to “Tristian” the Bartender who not only serves the customers at the bar but serves the customers in the small dining area located in the bar area. Today it was upsetting to see this young man get fussed at for tables or accumulated dishes sitting on the bars corner edge, mind you, it was placed their by his peers (coworkers) whom felt entitled. Yes, I said it- “entitled!” Other customers told him to take his time making their drinks and keeping us all happy as he too, had to serve us our food!
Do better Olive Garden. Not his fault. To fuss at him.

“This Olive Garden is in Hickory North Carolina. Sunday November nine we met with my daughter and three of my grandchildren. We drove 2 hrs to get there. Very dissappointing to say the least. The salad, which I used to love because of the crispness was not fresh.. the raspberry lemonade was totally watery with very poor taste. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was not fresh and it lacked taste. It was almost as if they had taken left overs and throw them together. My husband”s eggplant left a lot to be desired. Ah yes, when asked the waiter to bring Alfredo sauce for the almost stale bread he got annoyed and told us he only had one pair of hands. I was planning to get dessert but after I experienced the poor quality of the food and the poor attitude of the waiter decided not to bother. I couldn’t eat my meal and the little I ate Before I left the restaurant sent me to the bathroom with a bad case of stomach issue. On the way home (2 hrs) I had two emergency bathroom stops due to the effect the food had in my system. Shameful! It used to be such a wonderful restaurant!”
“I remember when I use to love eating at Olive Garden, those days are over this is the second time it was horrible The waitress was Good but the soup and stuff shells way to spicey I tried both sauces, sometimes you want spicey food Mexican Restaurants can provide I had fresher food at Alpha pizza and sub I want to spend my money wisely no more Olive Garden.”

The three of us did not enjoy are food. I'll never come back. Too bad, you once had a nice place to have dinner. Not any more.”
“I had a paper gift card that got wet so I could only use it for a togo order. Well as everyone knows you really need to dine in to get their Neverending fabulous salad and breadsticks. I contact Olive Garden and was told since the card number was still visible they would send me a new card. I received it in less than a week. So excited to have our meal at tye restaurant. “The waiters and waitresses are very good.
But from having eaten at Olive Gardens in Georgia where I live many years, I find the quality of the Zuppa Tuscano has deteriorated. I’ve been here 3 years and last week I made a decision not to return. The soup was more like water. I have a copy cat recipe that would put last weeks soup to shame. My son-in-law who has lived here a long time has found other orders he favored to have declined in quality.”
“Been going to Olive Garden Pok, NY for years on dates and many birthday and other celebrations. However, for the past 5 yeaes it has disappointed more each Once again it did last night. Got Shrinp Scampi Roasted, didnt notice hardly any Olive Oil in it bc it wasnt there! The diced tomatoes in it were old, sour, rancid couldn't eat them and it had no taste! The breadsticks hv gotten much saltier, the Kale and soups had no taste either. The Gnocci soup, hardly had any Gnocchis in it. The waitress tells me be careful its hot, meanwhile its lukewarm. When she came back over I told her about it and she said "really? I put it in the micriwave long enough." Another turnoff that my suppposed Italian soup was nuked instead of being warmed up on a stove as I had thought. My decaf Cappucino was more like hot chocolate which even my date remarked to me about once i could see it umderneath its excessive whipped cream! They even had a 'manager' whom the person with me recognized from another business dealing, we assume come over to our table in lightening speed (she came over asking in such a rushed manner) then zipped off in 1/2 minute flat after asking "how was everything?". I'm sure thinking we may have wqnted to have something rightfully taken off our bill, which we didnt think to ask for, but certainly should have asked for with such horrible, tasteless, disapointing so-called Italian food. They used to be pretty good for prepackaged food!”
“I waited after several Phones calls to pick up salad After 20 minutes sitting in my car so wine finally answered me and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I ordered just a side salad and I’ve been waiting forever. After another 19 minutes they finally delivered it to my car 🤬🤬”
“Worse skimpy meal that I have ever had. Small and I mean small soup bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce. $10.49. I wish I had taken a picture. Not worth the trip to Erie, pa. The waitress was the only good thing.”
“It’s city industry. Our visit 10-25-2015 was phenomenal. From being greeted upon entrance to meeting our waiter Christian, Greg and Jose Valdez. We felt all 8 of us like we were VIP. The food was fantastic and had the most enjoyable time. The staff is what makes your business Great!”
“I don't know what the fuss is about with OG salad. It's iceberg lettuce with so much dressing it burns my tongue with 2 lil tomatoes and a couple croutons! Just bc the bowl and tongs are cold doesn't make it good. The bread sticks aren't great either. fir the price I'm not going back.”
