“Took my husband to Olive Garden on 12/11 for his birthday. This has always been a favorite place for us but the last 2 times it was awful. We ordered 2 sangria ( delicious) but the food went way downhill! I got ravioli w/meat sauce and the food looked like it was left out all day! The ravioli was dried and stuck to the dish the meat was totally dried out! The fettuccine with chicken was questionable too! So very disappointed 😞 good buy Olive Garden!”

“My server, Ebony Taylor, at the Olive Garden on Whittlesey Blvd. in Columbus, GA, was incredibly warm, pleasant, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It has been quite some time since I last visited, and I was pleasantly surprised.
The meal prepared by Chef Alex was absolutely delicious—the flavors, seasoning, and presentation were outstanding. Ebony ensured that my friends and I were well taken care of throughout our visit, and the overall ambiance was wonderful.

“Iwe arrived and were seated at about 11:30am. It took awhile for the waitress to come take our order and it took awhile for us to get our soup and bread sticks, we put all our bowls on edge of table but waitress never came to see if we wanted more. She waited on a few tables right across from us but never paid attention to us. We got the attention of another waitress after my sister went to front desk to ask if our order got lost since our waitress wasn't paying attention to us and their were several other tables in the area we were sitting in that were being seated, ate and left. We talked to the waitress about our order and she said she would check on it. When she brought us our food( this whole time our waitress never came around) she served us and told us she was very sorry and said our order had been overlooked. We told her about how r service had been (not!) going. Then our waitress finally came around, stopped at our table and seen we were eating and told us something about the broccoli held up our order but really had no reason for her very poor service. She asked if there was anything she could get for us, wee did not think that she should try to be our waitress. We ate and when we were leaving guy at the front desk asked if everything got taken care of? We said pretty much? He asked if we wanted to talk to the manager, there were some people waiting to be taken care of, so we told him can't you just tell your manager about what happened and he can talk to some of your staff. We just need to go, there are several people waiting. The last time my sister ate at your restaurant the food was real good but her service sucked! I am from Iowa visiting Florida and my sister wanted this goodbye dinner and my first time eating at Olive Garden to be a good memory. Maybe I will have a better experience eating at an Olive Garden in Iowa? I do know that if there is a next time she goes to Olive Garden she will ask for a better more experienced waitress!”

“THE GREEN BAY, WI LOCATION ON ONEIDA ST. IS JUST RIDICULOUS. Olive Garden head office needs to re-educate staff there.
The servers along with the hostess and the busboys and all other stuff, ALL OF THEM CONTINUOUSLY WALK AROUND WITH THEIR HEADS DOWN.
No one is aware of their surroundings. No one lifts their eyes off the ground. TUNNEL VISION.
THEY NEED TO GLANCE UP ONCE IN AWHILE AND FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON, IN CASE SOMEBODY NEEDS SOMETHING.
-- In the beginning -- I was waving my hand for 5 minutes and then had to call out to somebody else's server to get my server to slightly change in order.
-- At the end of the meal --because I couldn't print the receipt, I waved my hand for a whole 15 minutes... but because I had paid my bill, NO SERVERS WERE AROUND, only staff to clean off the tables and a hostess showing folks to a nearby section still within view (but their heads were down).
** 15 MINUTES OF WAVING **
** EVENTUALLY I HAD TO TELEPHONE THE RESTAURANT TO HAVE THE MANAGER COME BACK AND TALK TO ME so I could offer this feedback **
I can tell you for sure that the Appleton Wisconsin location is not like this.
THE GREEN BAY ONEIDA STREET LOCATION SUCKS.
Things need to change at this Green Bay location.”
