Terrible customer service. The only thing I have heard from one call since making my claim for an accident against an uninsured driver is a letter demanding an extra £240 on next years insurance as I had an “undeclared claim” on an accident that happened 2 weeks after i renewed. They have not contacted me about the car, the accident the fact I am car less and waiting to hear back from them. Just a letter asking for another £240 for an insurance on a car I no longer have. An utter disgrace.

I spoke with Louis in New Claims - License checks)… just as he was due to clock off for the day! He was extremely amiable and stayed on the call assisting me, for a good 30mins after his shift had ended (I only found this out at the end of the call). He jumped between available departments to answer my many questions and remained polite, calm and extremely helpful throughout! His manager may call him selfless, who knows, but this level of customer care is what’s missing today!! Well done Louis!! Thanks for your time and assistance! Martin

The Onecall staff that I had interacted with demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. 👍🏼 However, I did encountered an issue with document uploads on the onecall application, causing repeated phone calls and email submissions. Overall 5 stars
