The service from one cal so far is awful o will not be renewing my insurance with them again I have had an accident in my car and they haven’t even sent an assessor to assess the damage of the car and think by a few pictures they can give a quote of the repairs which is £5000 less thank the insurance have quoted never again will I use this cowboy insurance platinum means nothing

Every time I rang to check progress, my calls were dealt with efficiently and politely. The downside (and nothing to do with the call handlers) was that it has taken over 4 weeks to get my car back.

They handled the arrangements for a courtesy car very well. Although there was some delay obtaining one, there was no urgency as my car was driveable. SA7 explained the procedures and further excess payable if the courtesy car is damaged, which was a surprise, but was very efficient and responsive. My other niggle is that whenever they called to proceed they seem to only allow the phone 2 rings before cutting off, which was responsible for some delay

I was really impressed with the lady’s approach. Until she ignored what I said and post call I’ve got emails numbers I explicitly asked her not to do. I would like the call listened back Username BL3 and to be sent a copy of it.

Used the recovery service through Onecall from the accident scene which was fast and pleasant. Easy to contact claims the following morning and easy process reporting the claim.
