Repair was fully covered by one call. The Repair centre kept me updated with price, parts and all other information. Easy and quick. Would recommend.

We have nothing but praise for the way our clim has been dealt with. The gentleman with the user name MY7 was very thorough and thoughtful. As a female claiming for the first time I felt very relaxed and confident using one call insurance.

I have been treated with care and empathy nothing was to much trouble everything that has been dealt with was transparent and clear all assistant have been so kind and understand full knowledge in there field off work and an asset to the company

I was a little unsure as to whether to go direct with the insurance company or with the approved claims management company. I opted for the latter and was very happy with the process. The initial submitting of the 'no fault' claims details was quite long, over an hour but the customer service lady was very professional and thorough. At the same time she organised a hire car and the collection of our car for repair, this was completed within 3 days. Once the car was removed for repair I was called by Mathew (MJ2) who was our point of contact for the rest of the claims/repair process. Mathew called twice a week to keep us updated with the claim, he always called on the day he said he would call. He was very friendly and professional, it was very reassuring to be kept in the claims process loop. I found the process seamless from initial contact to settlement and would definitely recommend this service.

Really stressed when I called got a wonderful lady DT3 lots of questions ect took about 20 minutes to complete, answered all my questions when I didn't understand finished that call stress free feeling relaxed now

Being my first ever claim I was super nervous and the lovely lady who goes by username BL3(sorry I was too traumatized to remember the name she gave me at the start of the call), made me feel at ease and explained everything to me clearly, checking I understood the information. She advised me of next steps and ensured i wrote down what i needed to.
