Inconsistent claim handling regarding information constantly being requested Information requested several times - when already submitted to One call Letter to say claim accepted and proceeding with selected garage - then email saying a repair centre will be allocated ? No information clear and constant contradicting emails - not sure what stage we are up to Over an hour on the phone repeating information already submitted to you at the start of claim Not professional at all

I have spoken to several people from One Call Claims, unfortunately I can't remember their names with exception of SM1 (wrote her name down, so apologies to the others). Everyone I spoke to were very helpful, very happy with the service received.

Despite many requests not and having the correct number OCC kept on and are still ringing the wrong telephone number. Not only is this causing problems with the 'owner' of the number it means the process is being unnecessarily delayed.

I have been a long-standing customer of One Call Insurance, and I consistently receive excellent service. Recently, they handled my claim, and the three individuals I interacted with (JW5, CA4, and GS1) demonstrated exceptional politeness and helpfulness. JW5 was extremely helpful handling my call and RTA report that was no faults claim. I have been very poorly with norovirus and struggling to focus with extreme exhaustion and stressed about this accident so close to Christmas. She took the time to explain everything and was very patient Many thanks
