Click insurance is very hard to speak to a human being unless you have a claim. Personally, for myself I have needed to discuss my policy for another reason and the live chat was difficult for me to actually do as my D.O.B took forever to put in, but today Paige was very helpful.

Quick and easy to obtain the motor insurance cover I wanted , on line , at a competitive price . I hope that the renewal figure in 2025 will just as attractive .

Good value and very easy to buy a policy but when my last broker offered me a better deal although an easy refund policy was offered from one click before the start date , the reality was it was impossible to do once I’d clicked passed the initial pages and I could not talk to a human …. Very frustrating!!

Tbh I don’t like the customer service experience at all. It is designed to be online/chat bot only and very difficult to to get to a human agent if your query is anything other than the primitive range of drop down options. And it costs a fortune to make a change should you need to via a human. I’ll not be renewing.

The premium was acceptable, I have not made a claim so I can`t comment on that, and I don`t know what renewal may cost ,I could leave as quickly as I joined.

Firstly I don't like auto renew but I let it go this year , it's seamless. I could have saved £20 with another company but couldn't be arsed . All in all no problems
