“Found auto-renewing with a different credit card rather frustrating - it should be possible to go into my account online and change the credit card details which are to be used. But that option didn't exist - the only option was to make an immediate payment, before it was due. In the end I had to make an immediate payment via the online chat. No fault with the person doing the online chat (GF7) - my issue is with your system.”

“Spoke to your agent MS 2 and she was very efficient. I needed to cancel my policy due to no longer owning the car. All dealt with in about 5 minutes. Biggest issue I had was the restricted times that agents are available for chat. I tried to cancel yesterday but was outside your opening hours which are no user friendly at all, so couldn't do so”

“BN1 was helpful. My biggest gripe is I was on hold on a live chat for well over an hour. This is ridiculous. BN1 has given me a revised quote which is great if I decided to accept and go ahead as I can do this myself. But if I need to speak to another advisor via chat I willl be dreading it. Other companies are just as bad so its a industry problem rather than just this company tbf.”

“Brandon gave me a clear, simple answer and I am grateful for that. However, 1. Other companies are beginning to contact me with quotes. Does One Click wish to miss the bus? 2. I have to plan for significant expenditure on my house. The sooner I know what my car insurance premium will be, the easier for me. 3. I had to contact you via live chat because I was timed out when I tries to log on through your portal.”
