“Ja1 was really helpful on the live chart sorted out the access to customer portal. Unfortunately, my policy doubled in 12 months and so I'm not too happy about that but the advisor was excellent and very professional.”

“I was helped by AP7 today. Answered quickly and got straight to the point of my contact. The query over my renewal was sorted and I renewed for another year at a very good price. Would prefer to have spoken to the agent. Most chat systems do not allow confidential information to be entered, such as card details etc. I am very careful of potential card cloning and similar security aspects when buying on line.”
