“I used online chat to discuss my renewal. Was handled by ps1 who understood my query and was quick to be able to rectify the issue which was in effect about lowering the cost. Was detailed about cost breakdown and sorted everything quickly.”

“Online chat with mf4 to enquire about costs for potential change of vehicle. Mf4 very helpful and informative. It’s just the process of having to do the chat thing rather than popping info on line is a bit of a chore but that’s one click rather than mf4.”

“Slow start via live chat and then the agent AP7 managed to resolve my query to my satisfaction. I guess live chat is not as effective as talking to an agent. but AP7 did her best to help. Good job. On a different note, the portal is slow, live chat is slow and certainly the documents uploaded for me on the portal has figures overwritten. Alignment issue. Hope you will resolve this.”
