“I absolutely love the clock. It’s simple and practical. I’m glad I bought it. The clock is going to simplify my life. I’m horribly disappointed by the lack of instructions on how to enjoy my new clock. I got no paper written instructions. The online instructions are that good. I contacted customer service and feel my questions where not answered. I don’t know how to change the song from one song to another. Other then, that it’s a simple and wonderfully made clock.”

“The first one clock oil got off kickstarter had issues with its charger cord maintaining and receiving power. I returned it and was sent a new one that so far is working well! Thank you 😊”

“I really love my clock, and I'm pleased with the customer service. When mine stopped working, the exchange process was easy and the employees I interacted with were very helpful. I'll admit I'm a little concerned that the clock, which was not cheap, lasted less than a year -- it raises concerns about what happens if it does it again, or if it had quit at one year and one day.”

“Pricey yet beautifully built alarm clock. This is not another piece of junk, and it's a handsome addition to the sleeping room. Rugged. I am VERY disappointed to learn that we are stuck right now with only the music that is presently "in the box". When will we become able to download (presumably ??) some different kinds of music?”

“All the efforts went into marketing. Great job selling me on this clock, which has otherwise been a complete scam. I’m so upset and embarrassed at the money I spent thinking this clock would change my life, only to still use my iPhone as an alarm.”

“Glad this company recognized the art of the alarm clock and just how cheap and underdeveloped other clocks were. It does seem history repeats itself, here we have just an alarm clock and I also have an increasing collection of vinyl. In the words of the Beatles, "Let it Be, Let it Be"”

“We've loved our OneClock ever since we received it after our patient wait along with all the other first buyers. We've appreciated being able to leave our technology outside of our sleeping room both in our cabin and in our sailboat. It goes where we go! We are anxiously awaiting the new music. Thanks for all the thought and effort you've put into thus product. We'd highly recommend it to anyone!”

“I participated in the kickstarter campaign and have not been satisfied since receiving the product. I wrote in offering to return so you could resell and was not given an option for any refund. I think the company should provide better service for customers”
