“Kaitlyn KL6 was really polite and was able to help me pay a fee when I forgot to tell them about a non fault accident. She was responsive, polite and helped me in a timely manner. I was disappointed though that there was nothing she could do about the £40 odd 'admin fee' that was charged. Great service from Kaitlyn though.”
