“GF7 helped me today. I opted to take out the fully comprehensive car insurance from One Protect because it was a good price on 12/10/24 which I did. Today I wanted to remove the breakdown cover & had to do this via chat. It has taken me about 30 to 40 minutes to do this with me asking the same questions over & over again which I was not happy with. I've also had problems logging in to portal even with a new password.”
