“After getting a quote from a comparison website I was urged to take up the policy as the costs would change. I was unaware there would be a £50 set up fee even if I wanted to cancel within 14days. I made a complaint and all they asked was how I wanted to resolve the issue. Really disappointed from the out set. I understand it's in your t and C's but it's not made clear from the start and only if you read ALL the documents once you've signed up!”
“Easy to set up and no hassles. Changed address and paid additional premium to rhen receive message saying policy at risk of cancellation. Used live chat to be told I tried to change address. I said done and proof to be told 'oh yes I can see it now' - chat ended by handler with no apology chat ended”
“I have my van insurance with you and have had no issues. The policy was easy to take out and has been ticking over nicely, however my wife has had nothing but bother with the home insurance and ended up with extra fees being added due to your error also my father passed away in February and when we called to make you aware we were told that despite having nearly 8 months to go on his policy which he paid in full you wouldn't cancel it and refund the policy fee without speaking to him.... I can honestly say I am not impressed by the lack of empathy that was shown in this situation and because of this will more than likely NOT be renewing with you when my policy is due for renewal.”

I’m concerned with regard to customer service. It would be nice to talk to a human being. I tried the live chat customer service. Was told I was 23 in queue only for it to disappear after I waited 30 minutes. Had to start again twice more and gave up..
This concerns me very much if I have breakdown or need to claim.
The funny thing is when I went to sign up for the policy I had no issues and no waiting time. Mmmm”
