I thought I had uploaded the correct proof of no claims when I received the email, But had not and then received a letter today dated the 10th of June it the proof i had submitted was incorrect and said I only had 7 days to upload the correct one which did make me panic a little as today is the 18th. I uploaded the correct one and the agent was very helpful. so all is good now and and I am happy thank you.”
