told me my policy was being cancelled because i'd made a claim with another insurer
21/2 years before.
once i explained to him , that i'd only rang them up to see if we were covered for falling roof tiles repairs ? and told NO because that was down to ware and tare, i said fine and put the phone down. But i never made a claim. ! MC2 said fine we get that looked into ,but your insurace will be covered until that is all fianalised.
It really put my mind at rest knowing they listened to me rather than just cancelling our insurance upon faulty information ? John”
