“I ordered a some Kettler Rattan furniture which was delivered to me by Palletways. Emails from Palletways helped me track the progress of my delivery and Robert the drivers was very helpful once the furniture arrived.

“I've just received my delivery of shower tower and toilet from palletways. This big pallet has been left on pavement around 6meters and 5 steps from my front door. When I asked why it has not been delivered to my front door, I've heard that it's pavement delivery only and if I'm not happy he will take it back. I was forced to ask others for help and been left with back and belly pain. As you can imagine it wasn't light boxes and not easy to carry for a woman. I could not image what will happen if it would be delivered to elderly people!!
I've been charged £30 for delivery and I thought it's fair price as I'm buying heavy items. I've never expect that I would need to drag it to my front door. Plus, I've never got a message that it's pavement delivery when purchasing or arranging a delivery date (which has been late by one day anyway). I've just heard over the phone that delivery person is not insured to drag heavy stuff hence he couldn't help me!!!!!! Really? I think it's a joke!! I would never purchase anything seeing this company as a delivery option!!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!”
“Hello all I arranged for a pallet to be picked up and delivered to me it turned up on the day they said and the driver was so friendly and helpful he put the pallet exactly where I wanted it we had a chat on the way in my driveway and then back out he was so friendly it was a pleasure doing business with you thank you so much for an easy transition would deal with you again thank you so much cheers Colin”
“I wouldn't give any stars at all if it was an option. I missed the delivery as the tracking number I was given didn't work, even though the lady I spoke to at their head office could find my delivery with it. I gave my mobile number, but the only contact I had was from the delivery driver when he was outside my property. What's the point of that? Palletways said that this was due to the delivery being done through eBay (it wasn't, the sender dealt directly with Palletways) and there not being enough money in it for them to give this service (they charged nearly £60 for this delivery). I was told there would be a redelivery charge, but they couldn't tell me how much it would be, or even give an indication of cost, as I wasn't the customer. I had to make a 60 mile round trip to collect the item from them. Absolutely awful service.”

“Had a text from Pallettways 8:25am advising delivery between 8:34am and 10:34am I'm still waiting for delivery at 11:49am no telephone call to advise delay or follow up text extremely poor delivery service avoid if you can !!!!!”
“Today 25/1/21 had my tiles delivered. Despite the appalling weather, my delivery was on the set time. The driver was very helpful in bringing the 4 heavy boxes to my door. He was patient kind and pleasent. Could not fault him.

“Appallingly unhelpful.
Delivered a small consignment of tiles on a pallet. Said the trolley wouldn't fit through the front gate - wrong. It just needed two minutes to think about it and adjust angle.
Delivery driver then watched me - a 66 year old woman -struggling to get a box of tiles off the pallet. (There were only 4 boxes)
When I asked if he could help, he said he 'wasn't insured' .
When I said I would have to open the boxes and remove the tiles one or 2 at a time, he said he had to go.
He then disappeared, leaving the pallet, and the four heavy boxes on the pallet, wrapped in clingfilm, in my small front garden.
Unbelievably poor service. Plus they got my address wrong in the confirmation email.”
