“I would not even give them 1 star, but the option for zero is not there! I waited all day for a delivery, kept their weird tracking system, the delivery never came and their tracking system reported that l refused the order?
I did not hear anything back either, not too sure why Victoria Plumbing continue to use this company as they have such bad reviews? For the record, I give them zero stars.”
“Ordered a bath. Waited a day for delivery. Didn't arrive no contact from customer service. Next day told it would be delivered so another day waiting in. Discovered bath damaged ordered another. Third day waiting in. Bath arrived damaged. Ordered another bath. Fourth day waiting in. Bath Didn't arrive they wanted to book me in for a fifth day waiting in.
No customer service customer not informed of non deliveries no attempts to help customer.
I've asked for a goodwill gesture towards my inconvenience but they've refused. No excuse for failures here

“Terrible company. Ordered four packs of laminate flooring which they just dumped outside my flat stuck to a huge wooden pallet and a slab of wood. The driver refused to take the pallet and slab of wood and told me that I had to dispose of it. The pallet is bigger than the four packs of flooring that they delivered and is totally unnecessary - they obviously don’t care about being helpful at all so now I have to dispose of all their unnecessary waste somehow.”
“Very rude delivery driver. Totally unhelpful and very disrespectful. A single builder was alone on the delivery date and ask the driver to leave the pallet closer to the door and he totally refused to do it. He said that the builder's wife should help him to carry the loads. Very unprofessional people. No answers when calling them on the phone.”
“First order of a tonne of gravel took over a week to be delivered, accepted it as glad it had arrived as the tracking details were horrendous. 2nd order as need same gravel has gone walkies. A tonne gravel is currently lost. Tracking says delivery by 25th Dec so likely Santa may be dropping it off. Loads of stone company looking into it but am also waiting for a refund from them from the 30th August.”

“The delivery was scheduled for Thursday 18/07/2024. I was home the whole day but no one showed up. I checked the update using the online tracking service they offer. A comment made was "incorrect phone number". Although the address provided was correct, nobody buzzed the buzzer.
I received a call on Friday to get the delivery rescheduled for Monday 22/07/2024. The delivery driver came at about 1 o'clock. He refused to deliver to the flat so I went downstairs to collect the items and asked him "would you mind helping me take the items to the lift?" (The lift was 4 meters away. He replied "you can carry it yourself. You don't need any help". This delivery was paid for.”
“The driver of vehicle BN23 GWP needs to learn that when you have parked vehicles on his side of the road that he gives way to oncoming vehicles. Not expect the oncoming vehicle to back up for him. Then call the oncoming driver names.”

“This company picked up my pizza oven in May of last year. It then went missing for to week not knowing were it is. I was then told it had been delivered to the wrong address. The guy who was fixing it travelled to the address could not find my pizza oven. I phoned again to be told that the lorry driver was lieing. Very strange! Was then told that he would be disciplined for his action. Not sure what this has to do with me. Two days later my pizza oven was delivered in bits broken be on repair. So I’ve got a whole summer of events to cater for but with no oven. Spoke to the claims department. Spoke to a nice lad and her said no bother we will replace your oven asap. Anyway to cut a long story short this then went on for 7 months. The company would never except my documents as proof of purchase. In the mean time I’ve had to hire another pizza oven at cost. 8 months later they now have said we can pay out £600 for a £3000 pizza oven due to the weight. Apparently It was in the small print. The £600 doesn't even cover the cost of the hired pizza oven. Basically I’ve lost £3600 just to get my oven delivered from Devon to hull. Do not use this company they are a complete con”

“Return some goods to Victorian plumbing, they appear to have been damaged on route and were not delivered . Made a claim through site and had no response - goods worth £500 delivery cost £100. I feel like there is something dodgy going on. Will pursue through small claims . Don’t recommend”

This place is run by a bunch of south Asians who have absolutely no communication abilities which is the least of their worries. The fact that they have no common sense if worrying why companies trust them to deliver for customers. The delivery was late and I called to find out why and what a waste of time. “Text message first thing to tell me pallet will be delivered between 10am and 11am. At 10.59am, text to tell me it will be between 11am and 1pm. At 12.59, text to tell me it will be between 1pm and 3pm ... and so on. Waste of a day. This is also second delivery of same items, first time, items completely smashed in transit and had to be re-made.”
“Driver arrived in a HGV which would not fit into the turn in our residential area road and was unwilling to use a pallet truck to transport the load to our house from the main road as he had a 100m 'health and safety' limit and we were 150m away.
We advised that any smaller lorry, inc long wheel-base lutons, could easily fit (see pic) and also that we have a huge turning circle at our house so even a long wheelbase can turn easily. We requested a re-delivery on a smaller lorry.
The driver flat out lied to dispatch and told them that NO VAN could fit in our road and so the company refused to deliver and we now have no furniture for our son's bedroom and the company we bought it from cannot resend as they only use this delivery co.
We have never had an issue like this with any other delivery co.
We would now never buy products from any company who use this delivery co.”

“I've just received my delivery of shower tower and toilet from palletways. This big pallet has been left on pavement around 6meters and 5 steps from my front door. When I asked why it has not been delivered to my front door, I've heard that it's pavement delivery only and if I'm not happy he will take it back. I was forced to ask others for help and been left with back and belly pain. As you can imagine it wasn't light boxes and not easy to carry for a woman. I could not image what will happen if it would be delivered to elderly people!!
I've been charged £30 for delivery and I thought it's fair price as I'm buying heavy items. I've never expect that I would need to drag it to my front door. Plus, I've never got a message that it's pavement delivery when purchasing or arranging a delivery date (which has been late by one day anyway). I've just heard over the phone that delivery person is not insured to drag heavy stuff hence he couldn't help me!!!!!! Really? I think it's a joke!! I would never purchase anything seeing this company as a delivery option!!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!”
“I wouldn't give any stars at all if it was an option. I missed the delivery as the tracking number I was given didn't work, even though the lady I spoke to at their head office could find my delivery with it. I gave my mobile number, but the only contact I had was from the delivery driver when he was outside my property. What's the point of that? Palletways said that this was due to the delivery being done through eBay (it wasn't, the sender dealt directly with Palletways) and there not being enough money in it for them to give this service (they charged nearly £60 for this delivery). I was told there would be a redelivery charge, but they couldn't tell me how much it would be, or even give an indication of cost, as I wasn't the customer. I had to make a 60 mile round trip to collect the item from them. Absolutely awful service.”
