Very good service apart from the fact the parts I ordered and were put in with the Perkins number were the wrong size .

Responsive but not very customer friendly. Order included shipping, but UPS charges additional shipping surcharge for EU customers which is required to be paid at delivery. This should be covered - or at least mentioned- during ordering process.

Hi Eelco, Thank you for the feedback, all feedback is very important to us. I completely understand your point of view in regards to the brokerage fees from UPS. I am in agreeance they are high but unfortunately we cannot bypass these as UPS is a separate company with their own policies. I have reached out to you previously explaining this in detail, but please note during the checkout procedure there is a banner at the top of the screen promoting our overseas customers to research the import duties before checking out. We are looking into opening an EU hub to bring these costs down for our overseas customers as we value you all as equally to our UK shoppers. We are hoping to get this underway in the future. Many apologies for frustration caused by UPS fees. - Gemma

Really valuable the whole delivery time. However, a big and real issue is the goods having to enface customs and the associated costs

Thank you for the review, Julian! We are always trying to find the best way to navigate the customs element for our EU customers. Since Brexit, the issue of customs fees and courier costs have been our biggest hurdle. We are hoping to mitigate this in the future but until then, we apologise for the inconvenience. - Jacq

I have not recieved my goods after 14 days. I have though recieved threats from UPS that they will destroy my shipment.

Hi Mads, I have looked into this for you and I can see that the shipment has outstanding fees due of £35.44 or DKK 317.20. These charges are- Government Charges: DKK102.20 Brokerage Charges: DKK172.00 VAT: DKK43.00 Please be aware if these import/VAT fees are not paid the shipment may be destroyed as UPS suggested, this will mean no refund can be made. Alternatively, the shipment may be returned to the UK and the cost of that return will be deduced from the refund amount. The shipment has been held in a sorting facility pending payment, this explains the delay in delivery. Delivery excellent. Arrived on time within a week through UPS. Cost was very competative. Site was user friendly. I’m purchasing from Canada. I’ll use Parts 4 Engines again.

Parts arrived in México 3 days after ordering. I had them 2 days later. I know where all my future engine parts are coming from now. 👍👍
