Hi There, Thank you for the 5* review !!! However, I do completely understand the inconvenience of these high tariffs. Since Brexit importing from the UK has become an expensive venture, each country has it's own laws and % so it is difficult to include this within the pricing as it would prove had to be accurate and they are ever changing the costs. Please be assured our overseas customers are very important to us and we want to make the buying experience more cost effective and easy. We are currently looking into potential ideas to make buying from us much more cost effective for customers like yourself, but this will take time to put into action. We are very thankful for your business and we hope to supply you with parts again soon :))) - Gemma

“Thank you for your work. The shop works fine, but the whole delivery, customs clearance procedure is terrible. I don't know if the problems are only in Lithuania or in the whole EU. Please move to Europe :)”

Hello There David, Thank you so much for your review !!! I am glad the buying experience from our website for you MD2030 parts was smooth sailing. I completely sympathise with the customs procedures and how difficult it can be to get the item through in regards to the cost and the information customs demand. Some countries custom authorities can be stricter and the process can require more time than others, but on the whole you are not alone. We are working at the moment on ways the bring these costs down and make buying from us a lot easier for our overseas customers. Our office and warehouse are based in the UK but we are looking into ideas that would massively benefit customers like yourself. “The product arrived in good condition and seems to have quality, however next time i will buy it inside EU community. For a 20 euros spare part I payed 20 euros more in transportation and another 20 in import taxes and fees. It's crazy expensive. Would be great that parts4engines create a parallel company inside EU to avoid loosing customers.”

Firstly, I am glad the parts for your D2-40 arrived in good condition, it is great to know the packing held up all the way to Portugal. However, I do completely understand the inconvenience of these high tariffs. “Was sold damaged parts. Sent picture of item that was damaged and was contacted and refunded for damaged part promptly . I wish more business had these values.”

Oh no! Sorry to see this, Robert. We never want to leave a customer with a damaged part and no recourse. We would be happy to offer a refund for the gasket if you would prefer to have your money back - it'd be £7.00 for the gasket which is roughly £9.16. “The lift pump I received was very poorly made and unusable. I was disappointed that only a single paper gasket was included. Easily torn and lost as well. I do not think I will use parts 4 engines again.”
