“From parts selection to pricing, excellent responsive service, and outstanding shipping rates, Parts4Engines is my first stop for servicing my Yanmar. They were able to ship to Alaska, USA for a lower rate than any domestic supplier in the US. I received the order in less than 5 days. Customer Service even helped me add additional parts on to my original order the next day and combine the orders into a single shipment.”

“Very happy with the fast delivery, but very unhappy with the import VAT and brokerage surcharges , I paid more in VAT and brokerage surcharge than I paid for the part ,so in the future I wil order from an European supplier ,sorry”

Hi Yvan, Thank you for leaving us this feedback! I completely sympathise with the import charges that are applicable when importing goods from the UK overseas. Since Brexit the costs have increased but we are looking at avenues we can explore to bring these costs down. If you return to us in the future, we hope you do. Please take a look at our FedEx courier option if your order is below 300.00 euro. FedEx includes Pre-Paid VAT in their shipping prices, ensuring that no additional fees are incurred at customs. In contrast, couriers like UPS and DHL do not include Pre-Paid VAT and may charge an administrative/service fee for collecting the VAT, which will be added to the overall cost. We are sorry to see you go but we completely understand your reasoning, thank you for shopping with us :)) -Gemma

“Thank You for receiving new 4.108 water pump. Last time I ordered same pump 10-2015 and fitted it in 2016 in spring. So it has been running only for 8 boating seasons. Hope this last longer. Shipment by FedEx International Connect Plus was ok. but because of import duties (Finland) it took a few days longer than before Brexit.”
