Thank you for taking the time to write us a review, Jose. We completely understand how frustrating the taxes can be, especially when you're not expecting it. We do our best to try and make our European customers aware of the VAT and import fees that come from using certain courier services but be assured that we are working on a way to show these fees upfront. One of the more challenging aspects for us after Brexit is being able to show the VAT costs on goods sold to the EU - hopefully we can rectify the visibility soon! - Jacq

Perkins can't supply the expansion tank cap for 4.108 engine, these people can and it solved the overheating issue. Delivery was quick and the item, of good quality. What's not to like? 😉😊

Ordered parts, but need to cancel as they were aftermarket product. Despite the request to stop delivery and more than 20 emails sent, the customer support was not able to stop the order. Still have to deal with it after more then 10 days. An update the customer service blamed UPS for not been able to return the package and I received the email to revise the rating. They decline the request to provide return shipment labels and did not answer to question what customs forms are required to return package to UK.

Hi Vladislav, I wanted to follow up on the email I sent this morning regarding your request. Since the cancellation request was submitted outside of our office hours, it was not processed until the next business day, by which time UPS had already collected your package. We promptly requested a cease and return with UPS, and I’ve attached proof of this request for your reference. Unfortunately, the UPS agent handling the request was not aware that the package had already left the UK and was en route. As a result, the package arrived in the destination country later that day, and at that point, a return to the UK was no longer feasible according to UPS, so they proceeded with delivery. I contacted UPS to express concerns about the unclear guidance we received, as we were informed the package would be returned, but this information was incorrect. We are willing to accept a return of the package; however, we are unable to provide a pre-paid return label. The item description indicates that the product is aftermarket, and therefore we cannot cover the return postage in this case. Additionally, UPS has declined to return the package at their expense. Our team has made several attempts to resolve this issue with UPS, including filing a formal complaint. We have not yet received a response. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and assure you that we did everything possible to intercept the package. - Parts4engines Team

Price was fair. Delivery of the Volvo exhaust elbow was 5 days, excellent cosidering it crossed the Atlantic. Part fit perfectly and in an hour and a half, my engine cooling problem was fixed. Fully recomend Parts4Engines
