“It was neverwhere written, that I had to pay customs for this product. I had to pay € 27,-- for the product, which costed € 80,--. Nevertheless, if the product works well, the price including customs is ok. Would just be great to know before. May be, the product is ok, I will evaluate that after using it for minimum 2 years.”

“I’m in Australia and we have a Perkins M4108 in our classic yacht. I always use Parts 4 Engines for my engine parts because they have all the right parts, free advice, great service AND the package arrives on my doorstep in 3 to 4 days on average…from the UK. Can’t ask for more than that!”

“Even though I ordered some parts I was very annoyed that they didn't bother to respond to my query so I am still none the wiser. When they messaged me again weeks later with a Newsletter I reminded them that I was disapointed that they couldn't be bothered to answer customer queries. I very much doubt there will be a response to this either. Value your customers”
