“I found a part for my 2003 Volvo Penta on Parts4Engines website. I ordered the part and it showed up at my house within a week. The part was exactly what l asked for. It was installed on my engine and the engine is up and running. Bruce Carter”

“If you are from outside the United Kingdom, don't even think about buying on this website, you will pay your bill with the transport but when you receive the package the company will ask you for import fees and you will pay triple the value of the product. Don't waste your time or your money.”

To clarify, the shipping fee paid at checkout covers the cost of delivery by the courier, but import fees—including VAT and customs duties—are set by the destination country's government and collected by the courier on behalf of customs. These charges are standard for international purchases and are not something we, as a UK-based business, have control over. We make every effort to be transparent by stating this information at checkout and in multiple locations on our website, including our EU & International Delivery section. We also offer a FedEx Pre-Paid VAT option for some EU countries, which eliminates surprise charges at delivery. “The new website is far easier to navigate and find what you need. I bought after market engine mounts for my Volvo Penta 2003, which were quickly delivered. They look good robust parts, which I am currently in the process of fitting to my engine, which is going well.”

“Part 4 Engines are a useful source of everyday service items for our Volvo Penta engine. I have been using them for five years. I would point out that prices on the website do not include VAT, which considering the threshold to register for VAT being £90k I would suggest VAT be included. The price for shipping is also quite high considering how long it took for delivery.”
