“the website is confusing, in this case there are 3 different sets, but if you only look at the photos, it doesn't change the text according to the photo showed, so this cost me the customs ekstra, when i could have bought it in EU cheaper and without customs. So a very expensive impeller kit.”

Typically the photos are programmed to change according to the selected option., however if this is not the case we sincerely apologise for the confusion this may have caused. We will review immediately. The description is useful to clarify option details before adding to cart. We do appreciate increasing fees when importing goods from the UK to the EU since Brexit. “Had to recondition an old Perkins 4 cylinder diesel engine which is over 40 years old. Parts 4 Engines had all the parts we required on their website. We placed the order, and received our parts within working days. Great service, will definetly use again”

“I ordered the rebuild kit for my 402D Perkins engine which is connected to a generator. We live off grid in Montana and has a scare a while back when the radiator I had just replaced failed leaking all the coolant. Needless to say the engine has seized. We started it back up after to the repairs to the radiator we’re done. The pats came in within 2 weeks which astounded me since we live in rural Montana. I plan on the engine rebuilding this summer. Thanks for the quick turnaround.”

“Thanks to Parts for engine, I can continue to make live my Perkins 4108 M which is one of the best marine low technology engines. Just a small downside on the price of shipping which has risen sharply.”

“I think in writing a 4 star review instead of 5, is that postage-shipping rates are so high between western Canada and Britain. The cost to ship parts over 7000 kilometers is certainly a financial derterrant. But, that said, I have always been happy to have Parts4engines as my no.1 go to VP 2000 parts source. Gemma in Supportt has always been kind and responsive to my queries concerning parts and shipping. Disregarding the shipping costs I would certainly rate Parts4Engines 5 stars!”

“Je n'est jamais été livré, UPS a perdu le colis et je n'est pas pu vous avoir au téléphone je vous est envoyé des mails vous n'avez jamais répondu UPS est nul je n'est plus jamais pu les joindre et il ne m'a plus contacté c'est la première fois de ma vie de client que cela m'arrive mais je vous prie de croire que vous allez avoir une publicité de malade sur vos magouilles j'ai déjà commancé j'ai l'impression d'être manipulé comme un gros con R.C.”

“I recieved the part in a remarkably short time...so top marks for that. However, the spindle that went through the centre of the part was broken rendering the part useless. As time was absolutely of the essence, I took the valve apart and removed the two neoprene seals and fitted them to my malfunctioning anti stall valve, which fortunately did the trick and got it back to functioning properly. However, if I'd needed the who valve that I'd ordered, I'd have had to send the broken part back to you and order another one...which would have been calamtous for me in the situation I was in...ie, waiting on the part so that I could complete the sale of my $50k yacht. As it was, the buyer had two other options he was looking at and was ready to buy one of the alternatives if I wasn't able to get my engine running.”

“All parts received in good time. Good service. However, I ordered 2x impellers for Volvo Penta MD2040 and received 2x Jabsco impellers. 12 blades instead of 6 blades and too big. Matter resolved easily by Gemma in service desk. A great service!! Thanks. Mike”
