After checking your order, we can confirm that the FedEx DDP EU option was selected at checkout — this service includes VAT, but is not available for Greece, as clearly noted during checkout and in your confirmation email. “I would have given Part 4 Engines a five star mark but so sadly they were let down by the delivery company. Was advised as a next day delivery and it was out for delivery but re scheduled for a later time on Friday then cancelled. The same happened on Monday so did not arrive until Tuesday ! It's such a shame as the ordered was perfect and brilliantly wrapped. So very good company indeed but lousy delivery company DPD Rubbish !!”

Unfortunately, the extra fees are imposed by Swedish customs authorities and are beyond our control, but we completely understand how frustrating that can be. We charge a delivery fee on behalf of the couriers, which covers shipping only. When exporting goods from the UK to Sweden, UK VAT is not applicable, meaning you have not paid any VAT in the UK. However, VAT is still charged by Swedish customs authorities upon import. Since we ship globally, we do not advertise specific VAT rates as they are determined by each country's government. For example, the VAT rate in Sweden is currently VAT rate, e.g. 25%, but this may have differed at the time of your order. We`re always happy to help and appreciate your understanding. “Excellent and friendly service, from the first call to collecting the raw water pump for my boat. Matt was superb, even able to identify the pump I needed from a rather bad photograph. I collected from their unit, and received a wonderful welcome. The pump was sold at a very competitive price. I fitted it yesterday and can confirm that it is a high quality item. Thoroughly recommended.”
