“Il est insuffisant de dire seulement que les expéditions vers la Grèce sont differentes des autres pays d’Europe Il a fallu payer un transitaire en passant par le comptable du mécanicien qui est un ami de longue date La douane de l’île de Syros avec une douanière qui parlait parfaitement le français nous a dis après avoir contacté la douane d’Athènes qu’elle ne pouvait même pas utiliser la procédure de dédouanement transmise par FedEx La personne de FedEx était intestable Impossible de l’avoir au tél sur son portable Soliicitee par mail pour accepter un échange avec un grec…. Refus par mail En Fiona le Le coût de votre appareil pour arriver chez la douane 606€ Il a fallu rajouter 470€ de transitaire et de frais d’envois de la douane grecque au destinataire final Je rappel que l’envoi de votre société prévoyait que le colis devait arriver chez Papadakis à Galatas Je vous invite à t’énoncera exporter vers la Grèce pour l’image de votre entreprise. Le produit Volvo acheté en Grèce coûte …. Seulement 950€ livré à Galatas Votre collaboratrice a été vraiment charmante et compréhensive. Mais n’a pas pu hélas rendre FedEx plus efficace.”

“I haven’t received my well seal because it is stuck in customs. I’ve had to fill out a 5106 form and something TISC form and some other form I may have it everything they wanted to know and maybe I will be getting it soon”

“Bonjour je vous réponds suite à votre sondage d'une part ce sont des pièces adaptables d'où vient le souci je m'en suis fait expliquer par mail malheureusement j'ai une réponse négative et en plus les frais de douane sont exorbitants donc pour moi c'est fini j'ai trouvé mieux ailleurs et en France .”
