“I had a problem with the bathroom cabinet I ordered . Whilst it arrived quickly it was not opened for a few months and when it was I noticed the frame of the cabinet was damaged. I contacted the company who had a complaints procedure in place,this led to them sending me a replacement cabinet within a few days.”

“Bought a Globe led mirror, it's a quality product. Delivery was pretty swift. It's very bright and disappointingly can't be dimmed, however it's just a contrast with our old one. Now we're used to it it's fine, the demister pad is so much more efficient than our old one too. Overall would recommend Pebble Grey!”

“OK, cabinets have now been delivered (thank you). All seems OK now but you really need to sort out your delivery partner-Parcel Force. Their customer service is non existent they really do not care about the end customer. Thats enough from me, Hello, not your fault, but having ordered two bathroom cabinets, with 24hour delivery, I still have not received the cabinets. I have tried and tried to get Parcel Force to deliver, but to no avail! I really don’t hold out any hope of ever receiving these cabinets. It seems impossible to actually speak to anyone about this both parcel force and yourselves. I am at a loss, I have no faith in ever getting my order and shall be seeking a full refund. Which no doubt I will have to fight for that!! Very disappointed customer Please help!!!!!!”
