“This is the second time I have used the services of Pets In Peace and again it was wonderful. The vet provided details to Pet In Peace and they contacted me once my baby was in their care. I feel that everyone I spoke to genuinely cared. From the tone or voice to the terminology used and was I was getting upset moving the conversation along to remember joyful memories with my baby. Thank you so much to the lovely people I dealt with - you have no idea how your kindness helped during this terrible time. I also just wanted to say thank you to the woman who brought my baby home - It may have seemed that I was rushing you away but it was only because I was using all my might not to cry. I was able to choose a beautiful black cat urn and it is perfect. Thank you again xx”

“Everyone that we dealt with at the time of losing our beautiful belle from that dreaded phone call late Sunday night, to the man that collected her on Monday morning and the people at the Ipswich shop that we collected her from. They all had so much compassion and treated her with the respect and dignity that she deserved. This is the second time that we have dealt with your company and I recommend you to everyone that I know. We even had to bring belle’s ashes back in so that she could be placed in her urn ( we had to wait for one to arrive) which was totally fine I understood that there was a delay. We also brought our big boy buddy back in (4 years after he passed) to be placed in his urn that I got at the same time I ordered belle’s. Now they are matching and placed side by side in the display cabinet. Thank you all once again.”

“It is such a devastating time when we loose our fur babies. Pets in peace provided me with so much compassion and respect of my fur baby. Getting him back was emotional with his footprint keepsake and certificate. Thank-you so much I’m so blessed to have him with me forever.”

“We lost our beautiful Buddy to cancer on Father’s Day, Rainbow Bridge vet came to our home and Pets in Peace collected him. At a tearful, heartbreaking time, it helped so much that our loving, faithful boy was taken care of by both, vet and Pets in Peace, with respect and compassion both for Buddy and us. In the past When our darling dogs have passed we tearfully buried them in our backyard, it was heart wrenching, we decided to be kinder to ourselves this time. I am very impressed with the caring service of Pets in Peace, Buddy is now back with us in our garden, where We planted a beautiful rose.”

“I have only praise for how my Charlie Wilson was treated and the communication was excellent. This is sadly the second time I have had to use Pets in Peace both my dogs passed as 12 and 13 years although a 3 year gap.. Again thank you for looking after Lucy and Charlie and making the process a little less stressful”

“The reception staff were so lovely to speak to during a very difficult time. We shared stories of our beloved pets and were very patient. They let me make my own decisions about my Mistys arrangements without pressure. Her after-care was very dignified, I was allowed to take my time to say my good byes and she was placed in a lovely bed as if she was being tucked into bed to sleep. The rose on her blanket was a sweet touch and was carefully carried out and placed gently in the van. Misty came home to me exactly when they said she would and I'm very happy with her beautiful photobox. I would highly recommend Pets in Peace to anyone having thier pet cremated after losing them.”

“The staff were friendly and supportive while being very helpful in organising the cremation of our fur baby, Maxii. The pricing is very affordable and the styles of Urns absolutely amazing. Can’t recommend Pets in Peace highly enough….thank you so much.”

“Absolutely excellent service, Thankyou so much. You were sensitive and showed empathy and nothing was to much to ask for! It was a very difficult time for us, however Pets in Peace took the worry away away and this allowed us to grieve for the loss of our loved one 💜”
