“Amazing service from Paul at Quality Diamonds. Made the whole experience really easy and informative. Walked us through all of the relevant background and information we needed to make our decision, as well as going the extra mile to give us options within the parameters that we had. “I was disappointed to learn that the diamond ordered was no longer available. However a beautiful alternative was sought relatively quickly. Another disappointment was the finished ring was not made to the size ordered. This again was corrected very quickly. Without these problems the review would have scored five stars as I was very pleased with the service received.”

“Fantastic service, price and quality. Extremely happy with my product and when I had any questions, Raymond or Tobias responded almost instantly with honesty and knowledge. The diamond ring I got exceeded my expectations despite doing hours of research. Only gripe (which was more noticeable due to me wanting to look at every last detail of each diamond) was that browsing on my mobile was much more cumbersome than on my laptop. Thank you to all involved for my product.”

“The best prices I've found online, and quick online ordering system. I had to prompt to get a delivery update and think that a more regular communication to let me know everything was being handled on time on this would have been helpful, however the returns process was very quick and efficient (the ring was incorrect due to my wrong choice of width, not the quality of the jewellery which is very good!) and I'll be re-ordering the correct ring from you shortly once my refund has been processed. Thank you,”

“We keep going back to this company, nothing ever too much trouble, they take the time to really understand what you want and then deliver beyond expectations. Its a bonus that they seem to be very competitive price-wise, but for the service they are streets ahead of any other jeweller we have used.”

“Excellent experience with Quality Diamonds - I loved that I could research and select the diamond & band online before going into review face to face with staff. Although the diamond I selected wasn't held in store, after placing my order I was invited into store to review before the diamond was set. Very happy with the final product & advice received on insurance's etc.”
