“Fantastic from start to finish. Paul is extremely knowledgeable answered every single question i had with detail (I had alot!!) Couldn't do enough to help in finding the perfect diamond to create my now fiance's ring. They are not your typical sales team that harass you and bombard with phone calls and emails are genuinely just extremely helpful and want to do their best for the customer. I also managed to get the ring in the wrong size (my fault) and they are measuring her hand and re-sizing the ring for me as soon as i got in contact to ask. Absolutely fantastic service and would recommend to everyone!”

“Very good experience. I was assisted with sourcing a diamond against a very specific set of criteria and had it set as an engagement ring. Considering the circumstances (COVID) it all went as smoothly as possible and ring was ready with a few weeks. Thanks”

“Great quality product (platinum diamond studs), and would buy from again. One star lost due to the the website/ordering process which could be improved: 1. When booking it offers dates for delivery but no limitations (first date loaded was two weeks after the ordering date, but there was nothing that would stop me from having brought that forward to the next day, which would be unfeasible for a custom product, so I left it at two weeks) 2. Email confirmation states you can check on the status of the order by logging in. The order status hadn't changed before I actually received the product, so this feature didn't work. 3. Due to lack of updates via this feature, I contacted the team via email three times, and spoke with Paul twice. First time I was told one of the diamonds I had ordered could not be located. I agreed to switch it out for an equivalent, I was told Paul would email me a comparison between the diamond I had ordered and the replacement - this did not happen. Second time I emailed a few days later, I was phoned by Paul as it transpired the second diamond and replacement was delayed in the post, and I was offered to wait, or I could again replace these diamonds for equivalents - which I did. Third time was to confirm that the product had been despatched as I was waiting in for delivery - it was, and I was given the tracking number. I was not pushed into changing the diamonds, and was told I could wait, and also if when the product came through if I was unhappy they would be willing to switch the diamonds over once they had arrived. Product received is good quality, the fitting looks lovely, and happy with the GIA replacement diamonds - they were of the same weight and same or above quality as ordered on the qualities I was focused on. So, some room for improvement with the website, and with pro-active communication (not sure when they would have contacted me about the issues, if I hadn't contacted them for updates), but I'm happy with the outcome and would buy from again.”

“I purchased a diamond for an engagement ring through Paul at Quality Diamonds. The service that I received from him was second-to-none. Paul was able to secure our diamond of choice. We were concerned that there would be delays with the shipping of the diamond during the height of the COVID19 lockdown. Paul kept us updated at every step and was accommodating when I wanted to attend the showroom to look at the diamond with a loupe and compare it with similar stones in-house after it had arrived. His advice was impartial and he was patient as we made our decision. I would highly recommend Paul and Quality diamonds for their excellent service.”

“I couldn't recommend Quality Diamonds more highly. I just had an engagement ring made with a bespoke setting. Their diamond prices are extremely competitive and way better value than other places I looked. I had great advice from Paul in the Hatton Garden branch and he sourced exactly what I was looking for plus gave me some welcome additional advice on diamond buying. The workshop worked flat out to get my ring made (and other client orders) in advance of the Corona lockdown and managed to get it to me against the odds. The ring I ordered is stunning, exactly what I wanted and has a very happy recipient new owner! Thanks to all involved!”
