Fantastic from start to finish. Paul is extremely knowledgeable answered every single question i had with detail (I had alot!!) Couldn't do enough to help in finding the perfect diamond to create my now fiance's ring. They are not your typical sales team that harass you and bombard with phone calls and emails are genuinely just extremely helpful and want to do their best for the customer. I also managed to get the ring in the wrong size (my fault) and they are measuring her hand and re-sizing the ring for me as soon as i got in contact to ask. Absolutely fantastic service and would recommend to everyone!
