“From the moment I contacted Paul he was nothing but polite and informative even through my misreading of the website prices. The whole process was effortless with mine and my partners knowledge on diamonds was much to be desired Paul explained things in terms the average person would understand. When it came time to pick up the ring Marianne was lovely and helpful to get everything right. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant and I can’t wait to come back to choose our wedding bands. Very happy ?”

“My experience with Quality Diamonds from start to finish can be summed up in one word “exceptional”. I am a complete novice when it comes to knowing about which diamond to pick and what band goes with what. The website is so user friendly, it makes the final design decision an easy one to make. The sales team kept me informed throughout the process as to how my item was getting on in regard to production and timelines. I requested a specific date for delivery and not only did they meet that date, but the item was delivered in such a way nobody would be any the wiser as to what the package contained. On a final note the missus, her friends and family all love the ring and I have to say it looks even better than I thought it would have. I would recommend Quality Diamonds to anybody.”

“The service here is of an impeccable standard! The prices are beyond competitive! Being able to choose the exact diamond I wanted at the price I was offered was very impressive. The customer service and advice given were next to none and I never felt like I was being 'hard sold' something at any point. Highly recommended!”

“Without a doubt THE best service I've ever received! Paul was amazing and dealt with me throughout the entire process of securing a ring for me. Initially unable to secure the first diamond I'd picked, he presented me with options to ensure I could get the ring I wanted in the original timescales. Delivery was then done by hand to ensure I was able to pop the question when I intended to. The ring is simply beautiful and elegant. My (now) fiancee is over the moon and cannot stop staring at it. I simply cannot thank Paul and the team enough, and would happily recommend Quality Diamonds to anyone buying a ring for their loved one.”

“Great service and good advice when purchasing a diamond ring. Personal one to one meeting made the selection and purchasing process very easy. “Paul and the team provided an excellent service in helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. Clearly has deep expertise and a great product range - highly recommended over the more well known high street retailers who are overpriced and less knowledgeable (in my experience). Came back to purchase our wedding rings and also had an excellent experience.”
