“I bought two 1 carat lab diamonds to be set into stud ear rings. The selection and the evaluation of the diamonds on the website and was straightforward. I did not need the help of a salesperson. The website was easy to navigate. The purchase was simple and the diamond stud earrings arrived via FedEx in a lovely box the day after they were shipped. I would definitely use Ritani, again.”

“Overall - very satisfied. Ease of selection, pictures, explanations, website navigation are very good. Price was good. Final product was great, packaging was great. Very good value. Actual delivery, however, took place 2 weeks past the expected delivery time indicated during the checkout, apparently due to transportation delay of shipment of the diamond from a faraway location. Communication was very good, emails with hopeful updates from actual customer service persons were arriving after 8PM EST each business day. Thanks for all the effort of customer service specialists! I would very much recommend Ritani for rings with lab-grown diamond. However, depending on how soon you need the diamond and ring, allow about 2 weeks more than indicated on the website for delivery during these challenging times, as their website did not mention or did not expect such delays when I was placing my order. Thanks again!”

“My solitaire is gorgeous!! I love how easy it was to personally pick the diamond I wanted and the ring style. The only suggestion I have is to be able to view the side of the ring in the selection area. Awesome experience ♥️”

“Had a great experience with Ritani. To get jewelry at this price you run the risk of having the stones you choose be sold to someone else who is looking for a similar purchase. This happened to me twice and I was contacted by an engagement specialist who helped me by finding similar diamonds to the ones I chose and even price matched to the original ones AND applied their Black Friday pricing. I got the earrings a day later. This was AMAZING customer service. I will be coming back.”

“Ritani is AMAZING! Two years ago, my now husband proposed to me with a 2.5 CTW Platinum Five Stone Radiant Cut Wedding Band from Ritani. It is stunning! I actually wear that as my engagement ring with bands on each side. (I work in the dental industry and wanted to be able to wear my rings without snagging gloves like a solitaire would.) This Christmas, my husband is spoiling me with a diamond pendant necklace. We wanted to pick the diamond ourselves and selected a 1.51 CT radiant cut, lab-born diamond. We ordered it on a Friday evening. That Monday, we got a message from Ritani stating that the outside vendor that held the stone we purchased had it out on memo, so it was not available. In the same message, they offered an alternative diamond of the same carat weight, but with superior clarity and color (G to F). AND, they offered the alternative for the SAME price we paid for the diamond that we initially ordered. I was in shock. Too good to be true? Nope, Ritani is just that awesome. We agreed to the alternative and they had it delivered that Wednesday. It is gorgeous!! It was an an incredible “deal” and Silvia with Ritani could not have been a better communicator! She was super informative when we were calling with questions about the initial loose diamond and very quick in corresponding about the alternative and order updates. We are 2 for 2 with great Ritani experiences!”
