“The lab diamond I purchased from Ritani is stunning! I am so happy with my purchase! I really enjoyed digging through all the specs available on the website and getting feedback on my options from customer service. The price point was good, not the cheapest, but I felt more secure in knowing exactly what I purchased and it was still a good deal. Delivery went smoothly and the diamond was packaged nice and secure.”

“The online shopping experience was smooth and detailed. I missed out on some Chase points from my credit card because the charge disappeared and only reappeared as a new charge on the delivery date, but the promo had expired by then. Overall, it was a great experience. I chose to meet with a specialist in person when my diamond was delivered. Remy was friendly and explained the documents supporting my diamond, but most importantly, she showed me the diamond, and we inspected it together which gave me comfort.”

“We are first time customers of Ritani. My husband and I are exceptionally happy with the ring we ordered. My ring is simple, classic, and sparkly. We both love it and I couldnt be more happier. The ring is exactly as described. The lab diamond we decided to go with is gorgeous. We selected a 2 carat brilliant round, D in color and clarity VVS 2. My husband says my ring is very bright and sparkly. I cant stop gazing at it. The experinece has been great with customer service. Ill def be going back for other jewelry items.”
