“Customer service with Ritani has been fantastic. Annia in sales was very helpful and responsive. She answered all of my questions and helped me in finding exactly what I was looking for. The diamond is beautiful and I am so happy with it. Once I received the diamond I brought it to my local jeweler and had a ring made into a right hand with my children’s birthstones on the side. It’s just what I was wanting.”

“# Ritani Diamond Ring Review The diamond ring from Ritani offers good quality and attractive appearance. The ring itself is beautifully crafted, though it arrived slightly dirty - after cleaning, the diamond truly sparkles and shows its full brilliance. While the jewelry itself meets expectations in terms of quality and aesthetics, the packaging falls short. The box appears rather inexpensive and doesn't complement the elegance of the jewelry inside. Having previously purchased from James Allen, I noticed a significant difference in presentation quality. Overall, I'm satisfied with the ring and diamond quality, but Ritani could enhance the customer experience by upgrading their packaging to match the premium nature of their jewelry products.”
