“This was my first time purchasing Ritani and I couldn’t be happier! I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research. I would say the only negative thing I knew up front was you can choose a diamond which is no longer available from the vendor😬. Frustrating but Jessica was great. Let me know right away and sent comparable availables. Bigger and more expensive still meeting my 4 cs criteria but they price match the original price of the first selection… Win win for me!… bigger diamond If your willing to let the process play out and are flexible this is the place to buy…after my diamond was secured I received in less than a week!!! Will definitely buy here again!”

“Picked out a lab diamond and a setting for my wife’s wedding ring. Ordered it and got it after a week and a half. She loves it! Everything came out together correctly and professionally packaged. “Absolutely great folks to work with! Their live chat line was easy to connect with and the person on the other side was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted to get. They also had many helpful articles that described all kinds of stones in depth, and they also had articles that provided great, down to earth advice on how to purhcase a stone and ring.”
