“Awesome quality and great service. My configuration came in wrong but Ritani was able to get it corrected and turned around JUST RIGHT BEFORE Valentine’s Day. Was perfect. Wife was absolutely obsessed with the ring. Thank you”

“I heard about Ritani and gave them a look after reading in Reddit it’s not a scam. I quickly learners they are selling the same diamonds as Rare Carat, Blue Nile, Etc… You can search by the GIA report and find it on all sites. Ritani was well over $1000 cheaper!!! Customer service was excellent. Diamonds arrived quickly.. return of the stone I chose not to keep (smaller one lol!) was easy and I was refunded quickly. I highly recommend over other sellers.”

“I thought the diamond selection was really good. The diamond I received was as described, and beautiful. Unfortunately I had to return the diamond, but the process was very easy and straightforward and everyone in customer service all along the way was super professional and easy to work with on all matters. I will definitely return to RItani for any future purchase and highly recommend them.”

“Prices are incredible, I am a very skeptical person and the prices seemed to good but I was blown away by the earrings I received from Ritani. I did have a small issue where my order didn’t show on my account but I called and they answered quickly and were able to see the order on their end. I have recommended 2 other people who have had great experiences as well.”

“My experience was great. This was my first time buying a diamond and ring of this nature online. I spent a lot of time researching what made up a good ring and diamond. I researched Ritani and other online retailers. I came across a diamond that I liked (3 carat round - heart and arrows). I custom built the engagement ring (six prong split cathedral with petal setting). I leveraged the instant diamond analysis report Ritani offered, I chatted with a gemologist and ultimately decided to pull the trigger. I emailed customer care to get questions answered and they were great at getting back to me with 1/2 a day to a day. Ultimately I decided to use the free preview with a diamond pro service to ease my mind about making a purchase online. It took about two weeks all in and when I saw the diamond and engagement ring, I thought..."Holy cow!". I can't say enough about how smoothly my experience was. And how I feel about getting a great deal. I was nervous at first but the whole thing was great. 5 stars for sure for my experience. Thanks Ritani!”
