“We do alot of trail riding and it's been great having radios to talk to each other. Never had any issues with them even riding in the mountains. Definitely would purchase rugged radio brand again”

“This radio came set on narrow band. The manual doesn't tell how to switch to wide band. I have been trying for hours and have not been able to figure it out.”

“This kit does not come with everything needed for setup. If you install the kit per the instructions, your battery will die every day. The radio draws power even when it is powered off. You need to install a rocker switch so you can actually break the connection to the battery when you are done for the day. Must be something funky in the circuitry that keeps drawing so much power. Seems silly that they don't include the rocker switch with the kit. Nobody in their right mind would want to deal with a dead battery every time they go to fire up their machine. Now another $40 and wait for the part to arrive. Very frustrating after paying so much for the kit in the first place.”
