Marian was amazing with recommending what she thought would work best in my home, and prepared lots of samples for me to visualise how it would look. She put me at ease and I felt so confident choosing Russell’s. Now that the curtains have been installed I am thrilled! They look even better than what I imagined. I so wish we had done it sooner! - Installation team was super efficient! They had my curtains installed the next day after receiving the call to say the curtains had arrived in store. “The sales consultant was absolutely professional understood my needs of fabric choices, helped me with the curtain pleating design and I could it rate her highly enough, excellent communication with emails of payment and delivery details, I have passed people friends who need to purchase curtains blinds etc to make sure they use Russell’s, supporting NZ made.

“Poor communication. "Tail" needed for install not brought by Russells installer. Ordered and then lost in post. Second ordered and given to electrician who then said "tail not needed" and blinds installed without tail. Now have tail here, which i have paid for and not needed. I feel i should not have been involved in the install (tail sent to ME by post) the items required for the install should have been brought by Russells to install.”
