“Excellent meat of consistently high quality. My wife was much moved to proclaim the shin of beef the best she had seen and casseroled for many years. High hopes for yr game pie mix in the freezer.”

“Ordering from the website is very easy, delivery times are good. Everything arrived freshly packed and still nice and cool. Was disappointed though with my sausages being quite squashed inside their own very nice looking bags which would be good for collection from the shop but not for delivery.”

“Great quality butchery done in both the most traditional way but with great modern touches. Beautiful sourced meat from local farmersn with great provenance and delicious. Excellent quality meat which is a joy to cook with, and due the the professional butchery and quality of animal husbandry very little waste and shrinkage. The shop is a joy to visit due to the amazing range of products available.”

“I cut the piece of rolled sirloin joint into 3 steaks, I ate one of them on the day of delivery, it cooked perfectly with excellent taste and tenderness. The short ribs I cooked for the weekend, long and slow, I believe that the combination of my cooking and the quality of your meat our Sunday lunch was outstanding. The piece of feather blade, I have put into the freezer for another day, though it really does look good, nice fat cover but not excessive. Thanks for the excellent meat with quality preparation, I'll be back, though probably not until the New Year as my freezer is full, but rest assured,you will now be my go to butcher. “A fabulous butcher. The meat arrived on time, well packed and chilled. We ordered a 4kg loin pork for a special pre Xmas dinner for 6 people. This is the best pork I have ever tasted, perfect crackling and mouth wateringly moist meat, unfortunately there's only enough left for a sandwich!”
