“When I looked on the website the black fibre reeds were out of stock. Each time I checked they were still out of stock so I emailed Scents Soaps & Candles who replied that same day letting me know the likely delivery date. As soon as the reeds were in stock I placed an order which was delivered two days - excellent service ! Many thanks”

“My order was cancelled close to day of delivery because as they said (after I had to mail for cancellation reason) "we don't deliver to forwarding addresses". You would think they would specify this from inception. Ridiculous time wasters!”

“Absolutely fantastic. High quality waxes that look lovely when moulded. Love the olive wax and the colours you can make. Soy comes out lighter when dyed as expected and the consistency and smoothness is perfect for me every time. My large candle dipped a bit but topped up with the wax, perfect no cracks yet. Quickly delivered ty.”
