“From placing my order to the delivery, I can not fault them. Would just like to thank Bart for all his help excellent customer service. Was very helpful abd responded to my emails with an order issue which was of no fault to Ring Automotive. Would definitely order from them again.”

“The website was well laid out, easy to navigate and fast. Sadly, it would not accept my PayPal payment, even after several attempts. However, speaking to a lovely customer service advisor, who stayed on the phone for a good 20 minutes after her going-home time to help me, the sale went through. Thank you, my kind lady. Delivery was next working day, goods exactly as described, and appears to work effectively. I have only used it the once, but it's performance filled me with confidence about it's longevity. Good Value for Money, nice people. Thoroughly recommend”

“Disappointed. RTC4000 cordless pump. Good points: Easy ordering Rapid delivery Well packaged Returns slip and instructions enclosed Good technical support Minus points: After fully charging and "topping up" first tyre (2.7-3.2bar), which it did in 1min30sec. When disconnected battery indicator on red - discharged. Recharged and pumped up second tyre - same result as above. Repeated procedure for remaining 2 tyres. Contacted Technical Support who diagnosed a faulty battery. In addition the accessory pack (for inflating bicycle tyres etc) was missing. Have just returned from driving to the nearest DPD collection point - 3 miles away. The pump was well designed and worked well with the fully charged battery. Awaiting a response (and refund) from Ring when they receive the pump.”
